Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which you received them.

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags.

Refunds

Once your request is received and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate apparel (lingerie, underwear)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
